Q: When will I get my order?

A: All orders are processed by our office within 1-2 business days.  Delivery varies based on the shipping method you chose & your distance from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA.  Domestic delivery typically occurs within 1-7 business days.  International delivery can take from 7-21 days depending upon location, so thank you in advance for your patience.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We gladly accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, PayPal & Visa.

Q: What if I accidentally list an incorrect address as my shipping address?

A: Please email or call customer care immediately with “WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS” as the subject line. In the body of your email, please include your name and order number.

Q: I want to order something, but it’s out of stock! When will you get more products in?

A: Items on the site tend to sell out quickly. Please sign up to receive our emails & updates on new & restocked product. Check back for new & restocked items, as we are constantly updating our site.

Q: My card was declined, but I still was charged.

A: The charge is a pending transaction and will fall off within 2-3 business days. Your Credit Card Company or bank will hold these funds for your own safety.

Q: I have multiple transactions on my bank statement.

A: Multiple transactions usually show on your card because the credit card was declined due to wrong information entered such as: address, security codes, etc. If you get a confirmation order from our store via email, your transaction was successful. All other transactions will fall off your back account in about 3 business days.

Q. I forgot my password, how do find it?

A. Go to my account, click “Forgot Password”, and we will email you a link to update your password.

Q: What do I do if I am having trouble with my cart?

A: Try enabling cookies on your browser.

For Internet Explorer:

  • Click on Tools
  • Go down to Internet Options
  • In the Internet Options window click the Privacy tab
  • Move the slider bar down to Medium, Low, or Accepts All Cookies
  • Click the Apply button to save the settings
  • Click OK to close the Internet Options window
  • Exit the browser and begin a new transaction in a new window

For Firefox:

  • Click on Tools. Go down to Options. Click on the Privacy icon
  • Click on the button next to Cookies, make sure' allow site to set cookies' is checked
  • Click OK to save changes and close the Options window
  • Exit the browser and begin a new transaction in a new window
  • If you continue experiencing problems you might want to try using another computer or another browser type, or wait 24 hours and try the transaction again.

For Safari

  • Click on Edit. Click Preferences Choice
  • On the window that pops up, go to the Privacy Tab
  • Check either: From third parties and advertisers OR Never from the Cookies selection.
  • Reload the browser.
