Returns are issued in the form of a refund or online store credit.


District South will gladly accept returns for a refund postmarked within 14 days from the date your order was placed.  After 14 days, we accept returns for an online store credit for non final sale items up to 30 days from the date your order was placed.

Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online store credit depending on which criteria the purchase met in the above line item.

All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.   Upon inspection, if item(s) are found to have deodorant stains, makeup stains, perfume or smoke related damage, we cannot issue a refund or an online credit.  We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on the returned condition.

Due to items selling out & inventory changing rapidly, sorry we cannot guarantee an exchange for a specific item or specific size.

All sale and/or discounted items are Final Sale (no returns, exchanges or store credits will be accepted).  Items such as, accessories, belts, bodysuits, clutches, hats, hair accessories, jewelry, purses, scarves & under garments are considered Final Sale.  

Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Item(s) delivered Damaged must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the merchandise or they may not be returned.  Please contact us immediately prior to returning any damaged or defective items.

All returned items must be returned through traceable mail (tracking number).   We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.

Once we receive your item(s), they will be processed within 3-5 business days.  At that time, we can issue a refund or an online store credit.

Store Credit

  • Store Credit can only be used online at our website,
  • Please treat Store Credit like cash.
  • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
  • Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
  • The store credit will be issued via email as a code, which you enter at the final page of checkout. Store credit does not cover shipping charges, and is a one-time use credit, so you will need to make sure your order is of equal or greater value, in order to use the full amount.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Store credit expires 1 year from the date it was issued.
