Please allow 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) to process and ship your order. Most orders are processed same day if ordered before 2pm EST. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
All orders will be delivered Monday- Saturday via USPS.
Orders will not be delivered on Sundays or Holidays.
To estimate when a package will be delivered, the following should be considered:
• Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to order processing, and may take 24-48 hours.
• The day your order is processed is not counted as a day in transit.

We are happy to ship to all US Military / APO locations! All of our military personal will receive $5 shipping.
We ship to Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.
International Shipping may take up to 21 days to be delivered depending on how the destination country processes international packages and their custom's requirements. We cannot track international shipments once they leave the United States unless orders are shipped International Express Shipping.
• IMPORTANT: If shipping address and billing address do not match, we first require confirmation via email for your order to ship, which may delay delivery times. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Orders have a maximum merchandise sub-total purchase amount limit of $1,000, or a maximum purchase item limit of 20 items per order, whichever comes first.
• Any orders over $400.00 USD must ship via USPS Express Mail. This is to ensure your package delivery. We will contact you for shipping costs before completing your order.
• District South, Inc. ships your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office.
• USPS's local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 2-4 business days from your order date, please contact us again and our apologies for the inconvenience.
